I liked the ambience of the hotel lobby, restaurant and bar. the staff were friendly and gave excellent service.

Everything was done smoothly from check- in to check out. They even provide luggage storage facilities in case the flight is later in the night. The breakfast presentation and taste were so up to the mark. Moreover the service at the restaurant during breakfast as well as dinner was great. The property is not far away from airport and Uber is readily available in case of travelling around. For extra bed the service desks had to be called twice but not a big deal. Extra water bottles and towels were provided promptly. Overall good stay.

Experienced much improvement at the hotel compared to my earlier stays right from check-in to check-out. I stayed in the Business Class room which has been recently partially renovated with new carpets, new comfortable pillows and mattress. Every detail was well taken care of and housekeeping was of high standard. Various options were available at the breakfast and I found that quality of food and service has improved considerably.

Spacious and comfortable room. Stocked mini bar with snacks and drinks. Lovely staff. All friendly and welcoming with excellent service Food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was superb with a wide variety of options. Location was good from airport. About 45 mins to an hour to places in wider Pune, like laxmi road

Friendly staff . As we stayed over the weekend , the room rates were attractive . The location was also very convenient. Being a Radisson member, we got upgraded to a Business Room …Thanks to Tosha at the Front Desk

I had a very pleasant stay. The staffs were very courteous and helpful especially Karuna at the Skybar and Avijit at the breakfast buffet. The place was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to my friends and colleagues if they are travelling to Pune.

The breakfast spread was quite ok although communication with the staff was a bit tough. They found it difficult to understand at the first instance.

The location was easy to find. The staff were courteous. The food was fantastic. The Great Kabab Factory Restaurant served the best starters and the head chef Zameer Ahmed was very good. In general, the staff were very kind and welcoming.

Room was spacious. Well stocked. Hotel is pretty close to the airport. Well connected to Pune city and camp. Easy to drive in and out from the E'Way.

I enjoyed the whole aspect of my visit and the hotel - totally recommend it. Room was clean and kept clean, bed very comfortable, hotel located in a nice area, very quiet at sleep time. Bathroom was excellent.
